We work hard at writing software to give you the best product we can and take pride in the quality of our software. If you experienced a problem, we would like to know about it so that we can make our software even better. When obtaining support for any of our products we ask that you follow four steps:

Step 1 - Consult the Documentation

The first step to take if you encounter a problem is to consult the documentation. Each application comes with detailed help files that can be accessed by pressing the F1 key while running the application. The manual for 010 Editor is also available online and can be searched using the above form. If you cannot locate information about your problem in the help file, please continue to step 2.

Step 3 - Consult our Forum

A community forum is available for 010 Editor and you may use the search form above to check if your issue has already been discussed in the forum. You may also browse the forum using the following link. In the forum, click the find tool in the top-right corner to search for keywords.
