Yes, sometimes docking the Floating Tab Group can be quite useful. To enable docking this window, right-click on the Floating Tab Group and enable the 'Allow Docking' toggle at the bottom of the menu. Then you should be able to drag and drop the Floating Tab Group to your desired location. All dockable windows in 010 Editor have an 'Allow Docking' toggle which can be turned off to prevent accidental docking.
