The 'Template Results' panel is always located below a hex editor window and cannot be undocked; however, the exact same information is located in the 'Variables' tab of the 'Inspector' panel and the 'Inspector' panel can be undocked and moved to any position. If the Inspector is not visible, click on 'View > Inspector' on the main menu or press Alt+2 on the keyboard. For example:

Alternately, the whole hex editor and 'Templates Results' panel can be undocked by right-clicking on the object tab and selecting 'Move to Floating Tab Group'.
