Not-for-resale (NFR) Licenses

SweetScape Software acknowledges that members of Microsoft's MVP program make a valuable contribution to the development community. As such we are pleased to provide Not-for-resale (NFR) licenses of 010 Editor to MVP members at no cost and we encourage you to tell others about our software.

Applying for an NFR License

To receive an NFR license of 010 Editor, please email sales@sweetscape.com and be sure to include a link to your current Microsoft MVP page as proof of your MVP membership. To receive a license you must also indicate that you agree to the following licensing terms:

NFR Licensing Terms

1. NON-TRANSFERABLE - You acknowledge that the Software you receive is for your own personal use and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or sublicensed to another party without SweetScape Software's prior written consent.
2. TERMINATION - You acknowledge that SweetScape Software may terminate this Agreement at any time given thirty days written notice to you. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you will cease using the Software and will destroy all copies of the Software.
3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - You acknowledge that the Software is provided AS IS, without any warranty or support.
4. PRECEDENCE - These terms shall take precedence over any other terms in the End-User License Agreement for 010 Editor.
